HOLY FAITH

Holy Faith, inspired by the award-winning animation Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, produced by ufotable, and one of its honorable characters, Rengoku, and his famous final words:

“If you find yourself disheartened, that you are somehow not enough… set your heart ablaze.”

There are moments when life leaves us exhausted, broken, and convinced we have nothing left to give. Moments when fear, temptation, suffering, and doubt seem to extinguish every remaining spark of hope. The enemy has smiled, believing he has been successful in his evil works; Yet Scripture reminds us not to lean on our own strength, but to place our whole trust in Christ.

This painting is a declaration that when every earthly source of strength has failed, faith remains.

Setting your heart ablaze, to me, meant when the enemy has you pinned against the wall and has stolen every drop of faith and hope within you…
