Hevel “Original”

Hevel is my attempt to paint my essence; the unseen spirit God has breathed into me.

The Hebrew word hevel means "breath" or "vapor," a reminder of the fleeting nature of life under the sun. Like mist, my presence comes and goes; my body will fade, and everything of this world will eventually pass away.

Yet the spirit God has given me is not without value. It is the one thing within me that was breathed into existence by Him, created with eternal purpose and precious in His sight.

While the things of this world fade like vapor, what comes from God endures.
